Mat Baker, Photographer, Sydney

Description

This landscape photograph captured by photographer Mat Baker features a woman standing precariously on the extreme edge of a sheer mountain cliff. She wears a flowing pink robe that catches the wind against her dark attire. Below the precipice, a vast, dark body of water stretches through a deep valley surrounded by rugged, mist-veiled mountain ranges. The overhead sky is overcast with soft, diffused light filtering through low-hanging clouds. The composition emphasizes the dramatic scale and height of the cliff face relative to the expansive landscape.
