Mark Bramley, Photographer, Sydney

Description

A woman is captured sitting directly on the surface of an outdoor basketball court in Sydney, photographed by Mark Bramley. She leans back with one hand resting against her forehead while looking toward the camera, wearing an athletic crop top, shorts, and high-top sneakers. A basketball rests on the court between her legs, casting a distinct shadow under the bright natural sun. The composition is shot from a high angle, emphasising the geometric court markings painted in white and yellow across the reddish-brown playing surface. Strong directional light creates sharp shadows, highlighting the athletic styling and textures of the asphalt and sports apparel.
