This black and white photograph captures an outdoor street scene in Los Angeles, shot by photographer G.l Askew Ii. In the midground, a man wearing a baseball cap and dark clothing stands alongside another person behind a chain-link construction fence. Tall palm trees stretch vertically into the overcast sky, dominating the upper portion of the frame.
