About

This editorial portrait features singer Lorde for the Document Journal Spring/Summer 2025 covers, photographed by Alasdair McLellan. The subject stands in a natural interior setting near a window, lit by soft directional daylight that highlights her features and dark wavy hair. Styled minimally with delicate silver chain necklaces, the composition focuses on an intimate and direct gaze. The imagery reflects the clean, editorial aesthetic signature to the publication's print edition.
