The video opens with a view of the words San Diego, California, USA displayed over an out-of-focus indoor location. The location comes into focus, revealing a male student in a blue top sitting at a desk while coding. There is a laptop in front of him showing code, and a cluttered workbench behind him. The speaker is Gedeon Baende, an AWS AI and ML Scholarship student studying Integrated Engineering at the University of San Diego. The video cuts to library footage of tall bookshelves filled with books and then to sunrise over the ocean. Later the video goes to another long library aisle, and then back to the beach where two people are visible in the water at dusk.
