Laurie Frankel, Photographer, San Francisco

Description

This commercial advertisement photograph by Laurie Frankel depicts a child in patterned blue pajamas kneeling on a made bed while looking up through three slanted skylights into a starry night sky. The bedroom is bathed in deep blue tones with soft interior lighting, featuring a dark upholstered headboard, white and dark pillows, and a textured throw blanket. A rustic wooden floor is partially covered by a neutral area rug, and a child's teepee tent sits on the left surrounded by cushions. Framed art prints of celestial bodies hang on the wall alongside minimalist line drawings of satellites. A geometric pendant light hangs from the pitched ceiling, and promotional text and brand logos are visible in the corners of the composition.
