Description

A focused close-up shot captures a climber reaching upward toward a prominent yellow hold on an indoor rock climbing wall. The climber's arm muscles are tense as they grasp the foothold, with their face visible in the lower corner looking up intently. The textured climbing wall is scattered with brightly coloured holds in pink, blue, and white against a textured concrete surface. Natural lighting highlights the contours of the climber's arm and hand against the shadowed background. This editorial portrait was photographed in New York by Laurel Golio.
