Kazumi Miyamae, Photographer, Paris

Description

This botanical still life photograph by Kazumi Miyamae features a single inverted pink and white tulip hanging downwards by its long green stem. The blossom's ruffled petals point toward the bottom of the frame, positioned just above a pale, flat horizontal surface that casts a soft shadow. The background transitions vertically from a deep solid black in the upper portion to a light neutral tone below. Clean lighting accentuates the organic textures of the petals and the glossy sheen of the green foliage.
