Juanita Richards, Photographer, London

Description

This portrait photograph by Juanita Richards captures a Black woman in her 20s resting her arms on the open window frame of a dark car. She wears a light pink ribbed turtleneck sweater with wide cuffs. The low-angle composition frames her against a pale gradient blue sky, creating a soft and contemplative mood. Natural daylight illuminates the subject, highlighting her textured dark hair and pensive expression. The image blends editorial portraiture with an intimate observational quality.
