Jordan Drysdale, Photographer, Melbourne

Description

A striking portrait captured by photographer Jordan Drysdale in Melbourne, featuring a Black man posing with his fists raised in a fighting stance. He wears a dark plaid coat over a bright blue collared shirt, with light blue star-shaped face paint adorning his temple and cheek. The subject stands in front of a large sheet of brown craft paper taped to a light-coloured textured wall with blue painter's tape. The composition employs a vertical framing with soft, directional lighting that casts subtle shadows, highlighting the textured fabric of the coat and the striking facial markings.
