Description

A man lies on a dark exercise mat on a wooden floor, performing core crunches with his knees bent in a warmly lit, monochromatic red room. In the mid-ground, a modern treadmill stands upright with its digital console angled forward, accompanied by a small rack of dumbbells on the floor nearby. The interior features floor-to-ceiling red-painted built-in bookshelves filled with decorative items, a window bench with cushions on the left, and a bowl of festive ornaments in the immediate foreground. The entire scene is bathed in a rich, warm crimson color palette with soft directional interior lighting, captured by photographer Jonpaul Douglass.
