John Schell, Photographer, Los Angeles

About

This portrait photograph by John Schell captures a man in Los Angeles with his arm extended forward while holding an object out of focus. The subject is wearing a plain white t-shirt and dark olive trousers, with a grey hoodie draped casually over his shoulders. A small silver earring is visible on his left ear. The composition uses a shallow depth of field, keeping the subject in sharp focus while blurring the foreground movement. The lighting is soft and natural against a solid grey background.
