Jessica Pettway, Photographer, Los Angeles

Description

This commercial food photography piece by Los Angeles-based creative Jessica Pettway captures an overhead view of fast food dishes arranged on a light wooden table. A person's hand reaches toward golden tater tots served in a metal basket alongside a chicken sandwich and a pool of bright red ketchup on decorative patterned paper. Other baskets containing burgers, french fries, and a branded drink cup are positioned around the frame on red-and-white checkered liners. The lighting is bright and clean, emphasizing the warm tones of the toasted buns and crispy potato bites. The composition uses a flat lay perspective to highlight the textures of the food and the manicured fingers wearing gold rings.
