Jenny Huang, Photographer, New York

Description

This portrait photograph by Jenny Huang features a woman wearing a traditional green and purple hanbok with a prominent red bow-like tie across the chest. She holds a speckled ceramic bowl filled with noodle soup topped with sliced kimchi and a halved boiled egg in both hands. The background is a solid, deep black, providing high contrast to the vibrant garments and the bowl. The lighting highlights the texture of the fabric and the glaze on the ceramic bowl.
