Jeff Sciortino, Photographer, Chicago

Description

A striking portrait by photographer Jeff Sciortino features a mature man with a full grey-streaked beard, mustache, and braided hair, wearing a dark leather or textured tunic with fur trim. He holds an infant cradled below, whose tiny hand reaches up toward the man's beard. The lighting is dramatic and low-key, casting soft highlights across their faces against a dark, moody background with subtle texture.
