Description

This paper art illustration created by illustrator Jeff Hinchee depicts a structured three-dimensional paper diorama set against a muted blue backdrop. A prominent figure of a postal worker wearing a uniform, hat, and protective face mask stands beside a mailbox labeled 2020. To the right, a detailed white paper architectural model of a capitol building sits behind a classic white picket fence, complete with a small American flag. The composition is crafted with layered paper cutouts and fine ink detailing, displaying a tactile matte finish with subtle shadows that create depth across the tabletop scene.
