James Minchin, Photographer, Los Angeles

Description

This interior portrait photograph by James Minchin captures two men seated at a small wooden table inside a dimly lit room. The man on the left wears a light-coloured collared shirt and is leaning forward to light a cigarette with a lighter. The man on the right wears a flat cap and a short-sleeve shirt with blue panels, holding a brown glass bottle while looking toward his companion. A glass bottle of water and an ashtray sit on the table between them. The background features a gridded window letting in soft daylight, creating high-contrast silhouettes and a moody atmosphere.
