Description
This striking monochrome portrait by photographer James Meakin captures an intimate moment in Cape Town. The vertical composition features a person with their arms raised and crossed, partially obscuring the face while casting deep shadows across the features. High-contrast lighting emphasizes the contours of the arms, shoulders, and wet-look hair. A small dotted tattoo is visible on the inner forearm. The minimalist background enhances the graphic quality of the shot.
