Jake Stangel, Photographer, San Francisco

Description

This warm lifestyle portrait captured by photographer and director Jake Stangel features a Black man laughing joyfully while holding a brindle French bulldog. The man wears a denim jacket, dark trousers, and a beanie, sitting on a green metal bench on an urban rooftop during golden hour. A white blanket rests on the bench beneath the dog, which is attached to a red leash. The soft, warm lighting casts long shadows and highlights the relaxed, affectionate interaction between the man and his pet. The background shows brick buildings and city rooftops under a clear sky.
