Description

This expressive pastel illustration by London-based illustrator Isabella Cotier depicts a person resting in bed. Rendered with loose, energetic outlines, the artwork shows a figure asleep against a light pillow with hands positioned near the chest. The composition utilizes a chalky, textured pastel medium featuring pale green and yellow tones for the figure and bedding, contrasted sharply against a deep navy blue background. The visible markings suggest a raw, spontaneous creative technique characteristic of observational sketching.
