Description

This interior architectural photograph captured by Inge Prins in Cape Town presents a traditional space featuring a prominent wooden spiral staircase and matching wooden paneling. The foreground showcases a striking black and white checkered marble floor. To the right, a portion of a red upholstered sofa is visible against a textured yellow wall. Red-framed windows and doorways punctuate the background, complemented by an ornate standing lamp with a striped shade. Natural light illuminates the interior, highlighting the rich grain of the timber and the geometric patterns of the floor.
