Helen Cathcart, Photographer, London

Description

This photograph by Helen Cathcart features three stemmed glasses filled with a vibrant red beverage, each garnished with fresh blackberries and skewered berries on a dark wooden table. The glasses feature dark sugared rims, and one glass stands beneath a clear glass cloche. The moody, dimly lit setting is staged with dark netting, a bird skull, feathers, a small dark pumpkin, and an antique candelabra with unlit white candles in the background. The low-key lighting creates deep shadows and rich textures across the rustic wooden surface.
