Hannah Whitaker, Photographer, New York

Description

This portrait photograph by Hannah Whitaker presents a striking dark silhouette of a figure set against a vibrant solid blue background. The subject wears a wide-brimmed hat and textured garments with frayed edges hanging from the sleeves and hemline. The strong contrast between the dark figure and the saturated blue backdrop creates a graphic, moody aesthetic. The composition captures the full body in a distinct posture, emphasizing the dramatic outline and tactile surface details.
