Giordano Poloni, Illustrator, New York

About

This digital illustration by Giordano Poloni depicts a solitary figure walking beneath a bright red umbrella in front of a majestic Gothic cathedral during a heavy downpour. The scene is rendered in a stylized palette dominated by cool purples and blues, contrasted sharply by the vibrant red of the umbrella. Vertical streaks of rain fall across the dusky sky, reflecting on the slick, wet pavement below. Ornate street lamps illuminate the cobblestone plaza, casting a soft glow on the surroundings. The architectural details of the grand cathedral and adjacent buildings are sharply defined with clean lines and flat color areas.
