Description

This vivid exterior mural by illustrator Gina Kiel is painted across a bright blue wall of a building situated beside a paved parking area and street. The central artwork depicts a dark, sleek seal sliced into multiple floating sections, revealing psychedelic, swirling multi-coloured patterns of pink, yellow, blue, and white along the cut edges. The composition employs a bold trompe l'oeil effect, making the abstractly dissected animal appear to swim through the painted sky-blue background. Natural sunlight casts sharp shadows beneath the mural structure and along the ground under a clear blue sky with scattered white clouds. The clean photographic perspective captures the complete architectural wall in high clarity, highlighting the smooth satin finish of the outdoor paint.
