Description

An overhead high-angle photograph captures a large round metal paella pan resting directly over a glowing open wood fire built into sandy terrain. The dish features an arrangement of white fish fillets and dark mussels arranged in a circle around a vibrant base of rice, vegetables, and tomatoes. Rising steam lightly diffuses across the central surface of the food. The entire cooking setup is enclosed by a natural barrier of smooth, light-colored stones and rocks warmed by the surrounding embers.
