Fumi Nagasaka, Photographer, New York

Description

An editorial portrait captured by photographer Fumi Nagasaka shows a woman seated on a dark leather tufted sofa alongside a brown dog. The woman wears a black cardigan, dark trousers, dark shoes, and long patterned dangling earrings, with her hair pulled back neatly. She sits with her hands clasped, looking forward with a neutral expression while the dog sits upright next to her on the right. In the background, a large wooden bookshelf is filled with books, framed pictures, and decorative objects, including floral arrangements and small figurines. The composition is vertically oriented, shot with natural lighting, and grounded by a patterned rug on the floor.
