Finn Beales, Photographer, New York

Description

This photograph by Finn Beales captures a charming historic house with vibrant orange exterior walls partially covered by climbing white flowers and foliage. The building features dark shingle roofing and mullioned windows with grey frames. In the foreground and surrounding grounds, an array of meticulously pruned topiary bushes dot a green lawn, leading towards dense woodland trees under an overcast sky. The composition relies on natural daylight and a muted color palette characteristic of architectural and documentary landscape work.
