Description

A man lifts a barbell loaded with blue weight plates inside a gym, wearing a blue t-shirt, black shorts, wrist wraps, and a headband. He maintains a focused expression while gripping the bar during a strength training exercise. In the background, another man stands watching near wooden plyometric boxes and gym equipment under high industrial ceilings. The scene is shot from a low angle with natural indoor lighting illuminating the interior of the workout facility.
