Description

This portrait features a smiling black man in his 20s looking directly at the camera with a warm expression. He wears a dark green beanie, a beige hooded sweatshirt, and a prominent red, green, and white plaid flannel button-down shirt layered on top. His arm is raised towards the top of the frame, bringing the patterned fabric of the shirt into the foreground. The lighting is soft and even, highlighting his features against a plain neutral background. Photographed in New York by Ericka Mcconnell.
