Description

This video commercial for Equinox titled Make Yourself a Gift to the World, produced by Believe Media US, explores mythic narratives and cinematic imagery. The sequence opens in a grand, dimly lit gallery where children in school uniforms stand observing a framed painting depicting a surreal landscape with a giant stone head resting by a pool. Interspersed are close-up shots of a narrator speaking and mystical scenes of a man admiring his reflection in the water. The low-key lighting and atmospheric grading create a moody, theatrical tone throughout the piece.
