Elodie Farge, Photographer, Paris

Description

This still life photograph by Paris-based creative Elodie Farge features a cluster of vibrant yellow lilies arranged inside a cylindrical, fluted green glass vase. The vase rests on a light-toned surface against a neutral wall. Taped directly to the wall behind the floral arrangement is a rectangular sheet of deep blue paper, creating a striking color block effect. Natural light illuminates the scene from the side, casting soft shadows and highlighting the translucent textures of the glass and the delicate petals of the flowers.
