Elliott Wilcox, Photographer, London

Description

This dynamic action photograph captured by photographer Elliott Wilcox in London depicts a close-up, low-angle perspective of basketball players in motion on a dark court. The central subject, wearing a bright orange and blue jersey, is bent low while dribbling a standard basketball with visible seams and branding. A second player is positioned to the left in a defensive posture, with hands reaching toward the ball. The lighting is low-key and dramatic, casting stark highlights on the players' hands, limbs, and athletic apparel against the shadowy background. The composition emphasizes raw physical movement, tactile skin textures, and athletic intensity.
