Description

An elderly woman stands in a dimly lit kitchen at night, illuminated primarily by the bright interior glow of an open refrigerator. She wears a soft pink bathrobe and a matching headband, holding a small tub of ice cream while scooping a bite with a spoon. Beside her, a shaggy, medium-sized dog rests its paws on the lower door of the refrigerator, looking attentively toward the illuminated shelves stocked with produce, beverages, and containers. The warm, low-key lighting casts gentle highlights on the woman and the dog against the darker backdrop of the kitchen interior, creating a candid, domestic scene captured by photographer RJ Shaughnessy.
