Drew Jarrett, Photographer, New York

Description

This striking photographic portrait by Drew Jarrett features a woman partially concealed beneath a delicate, translucent white veil against a deep dark background. Her profile is visible through the sheer fabric as she raises her hand to give a positive thumbs-up gesture. The lighting selectively illuminates her form and the textured folds of the veil, creating a dramatic chiaroscuro effect. The composition balances intimacy with theatrical staging, capturing a candid yet composed moment.
