Document Journal The thankful receiver bears a plentiful harvest 2025

Description

This editorial photograph features a close-up detail of a dusty pink van parked on arid dirt ground. A simple smiley face is drawn in chalk on the side panel of the vehicle just above the rear wheel well. Natural sunlight casts sharp shadows across the side of the car, highlighting the texture of the metal body and the vintage hubcap. The image was captured by photographer Ben Toms with styling by Robbie Spencer for Document Journal.
