Description

A mother and her two children arrive at their house to discover severe water damage, with a portion of the ceiling collapsed and pink insulation exposed. The woman is visibly shocked and concerned about the damage. She calls SERVPRO, a restoration and construction service, and branded green SERVPRO trucks arrive in the neighborhood. The woman greets a SERVPRO employee, who assesses the damage. A SERVPRO team enters the house and removes the wet insulation and damaged drywall, repairing the ceiling. The scene takes place during the day in a residential neighborhood with green lawns and suburban-style houses.
