Dana Gallagher, Photographer, New York

Description

This overhead food photography shot by Dana Gallagher captures a beautifully styled table setting outdoors in New York. A soft pink placemat holds a matching pink dinner plate topped with a patterned napkin and a small woven decorative item. Cutlery with bamboo handles sits neatly beside the plate alongside a small glass of pink beverage garnished with a sprig of fresh herbs. In the upper portion of the frame, a wicker stand holds piled slices of fresh green melon next to a wooden cutting board with sliced flatbread and a small ceramic dish containing colorful radishes. Natural light illuminates the scene, highlighting the varied textures of woven materials, ceramics, and fresh produce.
