Description

This video piece directed and photographed by Courtney Sofiah Yates captures a person seated on red steps outside a bakery storefront under bright natural lighting. The urban setting features visible signage on the building exterior including the word bakery and text listing items on the wall. The camera angle frames the subject against the architectural details of the storefront with surrounding street elements. The natural daylight and color grading give the scene a documentary aesthetic.
