Description

The video opens with a view from inside a race car, zooming down the track. The title sequence shows text reading, "Beyond Borders with Rajah Caruth". It cuts to a young African-American boy watching auto racing on television with his dad. He opens a door and runs outside in the daylight, possibly imagining himself as a race car driver. The video then cuts to the boy lying on the floor of his bedroom, playing with toy cars in a room strewn with toys. Later, a car races on a track at night. Near the end, a group of people can be seen celebrating around a birthday cake with candles. A birthday party decoration hangs on the wall.
