Description

This dynamic outdoor fitness photograph by Christie Hemm Klok captures three women exercising on a bright green turf field in Los Angeles. In the foreground, a woman in a grey tank top and black shorts performs a deep squat while looking down. In the background, two other women lie on blue exercise mats performing core and dumbbell exercises with their legs raised. The scene is illuminated by strong natural daylight casting sharp shadows across the field, with trees and a building exterior visible in the distance. The composition emphasizes athletic movement and structured training outdoors under a clear sky.
