Description

This portrait features a smiling male soldier in camouflage uniform carrying a large German Shepherd dog draped across his shoulders. The soldier wears a matching patrol cap, tactical vest, and boots, standing outdoors on a grassy field with trees visible in the soft-focused background. The lighting is natural and diffuse, highlighting the candid and bonded interaction between the handler and the working animal. The composition is vertical, focusing tightly on the subject against the natural environment. Photographed by Christaan Felber.
