Chrisean Rose, Photographer, Los Angeles

Description

A vertical portrait photograph captured by Chrisean Rose in Los Angeles and Atlanta features two individuals posed against a dense backdrop of oversized tropical leaves. In the foreground, a black man with a beard and short dyed hair wears a structured brown double-breasted suit jacket with a pleated skirt and a light-coloured neck scarf. Standing beside him, a black woman rests her hand gently on his shoulder, wearing a patterned top and dark trousers. The lighting is soft and directional, creating deep shadows that emphasize the rich textures of their attire and the natural foliage surrounding them.
