Description

This captivating portrait by photographer Charlie Engman features an elderly woman outdoors near a sandy beach and shoreline. A hand in the foreground holds a small rectangular handheld mirror with a black frame, which reflects a close-up section of the woman's face including her eye and ear. The woman wears a textured dark outer garment over a patterned lighter layer, and a blue headband secures her reddish hair. The natural outdoor lighting casts soft daylight across the scene under an overcast sky.
