Buck Ellison, Photographer, New York

Description

This interior editorial photograph by Buck Ellison captures a group of young adults gathered in a cozy, wood-paneled room featuring a traditional fireplace and mantlepiece. The composition is shot from an unconventional overhead angle, with one person leaning into the top of the frame. Seated nearby is a woman with blonde hair wearing a striped shirt and white trousers, lounging comfortably in a dark green armchair. To her right, another person wears a cream-toned cardigan with red trim and blue jeans, while a man in the foreground wears a striped rugby shirt and holds a patterned cushion. The warm interior lighting highlights the natural textures of the wood and fabrics, creating an intimate and candid atmosphere.
