Danny Clinch, Photographer, New York

Description

This black and white concert photograph by photographer Danny Clinch captures musician Bruce Springsteen holding an electric guitar alongside saxophonist Clarence Clemons performing on stage. The two musicians stand against a dark background with amplifiers visible behind them and a single bright overhead light source. The lighting is theatrical and moody, casting strong highlights on the performers and their instruments. Springsteen wears a dark shirt and jeans while smiling subtly toward the camera, and Clemons plays his saxophone with focused expression. The composition conveys the dynamic energy of a live musical performance.
