Brian Ziff, Los Angeles

Description

A striking vertical portrait captures a pregnant woman in profile against a large transparent glass sphere that reveals an underwater or rocky vista behind her. She wears a dark, glossy form-fitting garment paired with an architectural pleated collar and sculptural wraps around her shoulders. Her dark hair is braided neatly, and her long stylized nails catch a sharp, cool blue light that illuminates her face and hands. The overall color palette is dominated by deep blues and blacks, creating a surreal and atmospheric aesthetic.
