FERG ROTHERHAM, Color Grade, Sydney

Description

This striking book cover features a vibrant abstract background composed of explosive pink and red watercolor splashes with small white circular accents. A small blue bird, a superb fairy-wren, is perched centrally on a circular element amidst the colorful burst. Large, bold white typography reads BOY SWALLOWS UNIVERSE above the bird and TRENT DALTON below, with review quotes and bestseller text positioned at the top and bottom. Color grading by Ferg Rotherham in Sydney enhances the vivid magenta and crimson tones. The composition relies on high contrast between the saturated floral and paint-like textures and the clean, centered lettering.
