About

A tall, fluted glass filled with a thick purple berry smoothie stands as the central subject of this commercial food photograph by Emily Hawkes. The beverage is generously garnished with a whole strawberry, blueberries, and blackberries perched on the rim and pierced with a metal pick. Additional fresh berries including raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries are scattered around the base on a ridged, light-toned wooden tray. The surface underneath features red and pink striped fabric, while a vibrant red textured backdrop provides a dramatic contrast behind the drink. The lighting is bright and direct, highlighting the glossy textures of the fruit and the smooth consistency of the smoothie.
