Ari Marcopoulos, New York

Description

This candid analog-style photograph by Ari Marcopoulos captures two young boys posing in front of a neutral grey garage door in New York. On the left, a boy wearing a vibrant red t-shirt, blue jeans, and a green baseball cap smiles slightly toward the camera with one hand in his pocket. Beside him, a taller boy in a bright yellow t-shirt and dark trousers leans slightly, touching his face with his hand while looking off to the side. The natural lighting and unposed interaction highlight a raw, documentary-style aesthetic reminiscent of youth culture and street photography.
